早操是幼儿一日生活中的一项集体活动，对幼儿体能锻炼及动作发展起着至关重要的作用。为进一步增强幼儿体质，激发幼儿积极参加体育活动的兴趣，CIEO旗下的广州市天河区美林海岸幼儿园、佛山市禅城区卡尔加里幼儿园、广州市番禺区珊瑚湾畔加拿达幼儿园举行了“我运动，我健康，我快乐”为主题的早操比赛活动。

伴着轻快的音乐，迈着有力的步伐，孩子们有序地进场，充分展示他们健康的体魄和良好的素质。各年龄段组将幼儿走、跑、跳基本动作，与操节、舞蹈、律动、音乐游戏融为一体，精心编排律动、器械操、体能活动、放松运动、跑步、徒手操和武术操。评委们从带操教师与幼儿的精神面貌、动作标准、队形变化、体能活动、幼儿的参与程度、以及是否达到规定的运动量等方面进行评比打分。此次早操比赛，老师和孩子们的精神都非常饱满、而且每个动作规范到位，富有节奏感。每个参赛班级的早操水平都有了质的飞跃！

Morning Exercise Competition in CIEO Kindergartens
Canadian International Kindergartens
Morning exercise is a daily routine in kindergarten, which plays a crucial role in the physical training and development of children. To further enhance the children's health and stimulate children's interest in active sports, three CIEO kindergartens (Canadian International Kindergarten - Mayland, Canadian International Kindergarten-CanAm and Canadian Kindergarten - Coral Bay Crescent) each held a dedicated morning exercise competition with the purpose of being sportier, healthier, and happier!
The children, led by their teachers, walked in order with confidence and good spirit. They stretched with music to fully display their healthy physiques. As the music played, the morning exercise competition began. Children showcased wonderful performances with and without instruments. Their straight lines, their unified movements, all demonstrated true energy for each performance.
We saw a huge improvement of morning exercises from each class through this competition.They all now have a bigger spirit and standardized movements with music. We could also see each child’s team work harder. We wish all our children better growth with health and happiness through sports!（The end）
