1月19日下午，广州市番禺区剑桥郡加拿达外国语学校偌大的校园操场义卖摊位环绕一圈，人群川流不息，热闹非凡。“Love is full of campus”Charity Bazaar（首届“爱满校园”爱心义卖）火爆开场，各种商品琳琅满目，让人应接不暇。
平时活泼可爱的孩子们此刻都变得伶牙利齿，他们不仅积极为本班级商品代言，推销手段更是充满了奇思妙想。G1D班在摊位前挂出了幸运大转盘，只要交钱就可以转动转盘换取相应的宝贝，不少同学都来这里碰运气。
放眼望去，义卖摊上吃喝玩乐，应有尽有。家长们也毫不示弱，美妈拼颜值，酷爸拼厨艺。还有的全家大小总动员，分工协作，吆喝叫卖，激情似火。
大爱爸妈也是义卖场上的主力军。义工部长黄明逸女士居然在卖二手衣服。原来，这些是平时同学们丢弃在校园里的衣服，经过一个学期都无人认领。黄明逸女士在义卖前把这些衣服打包回家清洗，她的举动极大地鼓舞了义工家长，义卖场上她们不遗余力，为爱付出。
G3A一位家长说，他十分支持孩子参加这样的爱心活动。因为孩子在帮助他人的过程中，可以找到自我、肯定自我，并在心里埋下爱的种子。当爱的种子发芽成长，孩子爱的能力也会不断增加。
首届“爱满校园”爱心义卖是我校活动课程之一。举办这样的活动，目的是让全体学生树立关爱他人的意识，养成乐于助人、乐于奉献的良好品质。活动不仅提高了学生的组织能力、策划能力、实践能力，还培养了他们的团队合作精神。通过商品交易，让不少学生认识、创造和管理金钱，并对资源回收利用有了更深切的认知。
呼唤爱、传播爱、延续爱，让爱成为一种习惯，在师生、家长的努力下，本次“爱满校园”爱心义卖大获成功，筹集善款共计27298.8元。这些钱将全部转赠“广东省加优教育发展基金会”帮助困难人群。
金钱有价，但爱心无价，每一分钱都包含了大家的爱心与奉献。这一颗颗滚烫的爱心将是一眼潺潺流动的甘泉，滋养着孩子们健康成长，友善前行。
Charity Bazaar
Canadian Foreign Language School – Cambridgeshire (CLS-C)
On Jan 19th afternoon, Canadian Foreign Language School – Cambridgeshire (CLS-C) held a charity sale. Different kinds of stalls from all classes formed a big circle on the playground with many people bustling about. The first part “Love is Full of Campus" Charity Bazaar was the run-up to making sales. The parents and students were interested in the many kinds of goods on offer.
Our lively and lovely students became persuasive salespeople, as they were not only positive in launching campaigns for their class products but also performed many kinds of creative promotions. G1D hung a lucky big wheel in front of their stall where visitors paid to spin the wheel and win the corresponding gift listed where the wheel stopped. Many students came here to try their luck.
There were varieties of food everywhere. All participating parents tried their best to sell products for their classes. Our mothers lent their beautiful appearances to our sale and fathers tried to show their cooking skills to attract customers. Some parents even invited all of their family members to participate in our activity.
CLS-C volunteer parents were the main force in our charity sale. The lead volunteer, Mingyi Huang, sold second-hand clothing which had been discarded by our students and unclaimed during the past semester. Mingyi Huang personally washed all these clothes before putting them up for sale which lent great encouragement to other volunteer parents to make contributions to this activity.
One parent from G3A said that he supports his child participating in such meaningful activities because his child can find confidence and cultivate a loving mind in the process of helping others. When the seed of love grows in the heart, a child's ability to love will also continue to increase.
Our first annual “Love is Full of Campus" charity sale is one of many activity in our school curriculum. The purpose of holding such an activity is to allow our students to develop consciousness in loving others, be ready to help others and be willing to develop a good sense of dedication. The activity not only improved our students' abilities to organize and plan, but also improved their sense of teamwork spirit. The trade let most of the students to understand, creation and management of money while enhancing their consciousness towards reusing and recycling resources.
With the help of all the teachers, students and parents, the first annual “Love is Full of Campus" was very successful. We raised a total of 27298.8RMB with all money to be donated to Guangdong province Hui Yuan fund for the development of education in needy communities.
Money has a price, but the love is priceless. Every penny raised contains our love and dedication. We believe that the love will nourish our students’ healthy growth and compassion.
