Breakthroughs CIEO made in 2014 were mainly from business model, educational brand, educational philosophy, head office management mechanism, management philosophy and team culture.
Breakthroughs
1) Business model: we had our own property.
2) Educational brands: kindergartens, English training centers and schools (two CLS, CIHS and CIS).
3) Educational philosophy: had better connection with international education without sacrificing Chinese traditional teaching philosophy.
4) Head office management mechanism: set up Board of Directors.
5) Management philosophy: principals assumed overall responsibility and performance shares were given to best talents.
6) Team culture: a family-like team and zero brain drain of senior executive team.
Growth
Management quality: perfected management mechanism and improved quality.
Teaching results: curriculum execution had clear guidance and great effect.
Corporate culture: enhanced the cohesion and centripetal forces of the enterprise.
We learned experience and had clearer ideas on quality management from some events and daily operations in 2014. As the management mechanism implemented well, CIEO was equipped with high-quality management, culture building and business operation which set good foundation for further development.
