The end of the spring brings the brilliant May and the warmest day --Mother’s Day. On April, 30th, kids and mothers from grade 2 shared a wonderful and touching show ahead of the day. It had seven parts altogether.

Classic recital
   Kids showed their love to their mothers with beautiful intoning, “ The thread in the hands of a fond-hearted mother make clothes for the body of her wayward Boy”. Mothers all felt touched seeing their kids become more and more thoughtful.

Speeches from student representatives
   Two representatives stood on the stage to tell their true feelings about their mums. Kids even wrote sincere letters for mum:” Mum, I will help you walk, feed you, show you the world just as you did for me when I was growing up.... ”,“Mum, I wish you could give me more time to listen to you, stay with me.....”At that moment, we could see tears in mothers’ eyes, all the words became one simple sentence:“I love you, mum.”

 The Cucurbit Flute Show
    Kids learned the cucurbit flute for one year and all the students knew how to play it. They gave the cucurbit flute show as a best gift for mother’s day.

Chinese painting and calligraphy
    Besides the cucurbit flute show, kids also showed their Chinese painting and calligraphy skills to their mothers. As we know, Chinese painting and calligraphy are the important parts of Chinese classic education. The kids have learned them since grade one, and all students are fond of them.

Martial Arts
   In China, all parents hope their kids are knowledgeable, with a strong body too, and so does our school. Martial arts can not only train our bodies , but also our mind. Kids showed their vigorous bodies to the parents in the show.

Sign language
    The sign language showed love to mum directly. After it, all the kids came to mum and exchanged the letters they wrote. Kids even gave their mum the cookies that they made at school, which was a big surprise for mothers. They hugged, kissed, and fed each other; what a warm sight! Teachers were proud of the kids. Seeing the kids become better and better was the happiest moment.

    Mothers from class two one, class two two, class two three also stood on the stage to share their feelings and the expectations to the kids, who are the most important person in their life.

 
A mother’s love never changes. The show was over ,but the love between mothers and kids lasts forever.

 
Finally, we should show our thanks to the diligent teachers, they did a lot for this show and for the kids.
