CIEO Chefs
Second Annual Cooking Competition

On October 18, CIEO’s second cooking competition was held in Canadian International Agile Kindergarten with about 50 wonderful chefs from nine kindergartens owned by CIEO. The goal of this annual competition is to standardize the cooking recipes and show off each chef’s skills in providing the best food to our children.
Chefs were required to use their cooking skills and secret recipes to make specified dishes and their individual specialties. Our chefs all came out displacing their slicing and dicing skills, food color matching, fragrance monitoring and creative cooking. The end result was a feast with all chefs receiving thumbs-up from judges.
First prize was given to the chef from Canadian International Agile Kindergarten, with second place going to both Canadian International Mayland Kindergarten and Canadian Calgary Kindergarten.
Hearty congratulations go out to all our winners and participants.  All school chefs received Excellence awards and CIEO feels very blessed to have this team of committed food-preparation professionals ensuring the highest possible quality in our kitchens.
