6月15日下午2点30分，东荟加拿达规范化幼儿园评估暨黄埔区幼儿园等级（规范化）评估操作培训会在东荟加拿达幼儿园隆重举行。规范化评估专家组组长贺新元、副组长王昕及组员薛玲、董瑞霞、陈克、王秋、黄奕山等7人莅临评估现场，区教育局党委委员、主任督学姚建华、区人民政府教育督导室主任龙婕、区教育评估中心主任熊跃农、区教育局职业与成人教育科科长崔松等出席培训会，来自九龙中心幼儿园、怡蕾幼儿园、香雪幼儿园等20多所幼儿园约30名园长参加。

    东荟加拿达规范化幼儿园评估自评报告会由评估组组长贺新元主持，周秋连园长做《创优质教育环境，建规范办学品牌》自评报告。之后，评估组专家对幼儿园进行实地考察，与教职工代表、社区人士、家长代表进行谈话，并认真查阅幼儿园各项档案资料。

    自评报告结束后，区教育评估中心主任熊跃农主持黄埔区幼儿园等级（规范化）评估操作培训会议。区教育评估中心督学宋杨详细解读评估工作的流程、要求，并陈列评估资料样板供大家参考学习。CIEO学前事业部督导园长吴秀仪向到会园长介绍加拿大国际教育机构办园理念及旗下幼儿园的发展情况，并分享了此次东荟加拿达幼儿园迎评准备工作的经验。

    局党委委员、督学主任姚建华指出：“ 本次培训是一次‘时间短、准备足、规格高、实效好’ 的培训活动，希望能以此实现‘以评促改、共同提高’的目的，参会园长要抓紧时间按要求做好幼儿园迎评工作。”最后，30多名园长一起参观了东荟加拿达幼儿园，大家纷纷表示获益颇丰。

    6月16日上午7:45，评估组专家通过实地查看幼儿园晨检及幼儿半日生活流程，回收家长问卷，组织幼儿体能测评等方式，深入了解并全方位评估幼儿园各项工作。

    评估组对东荟加拿达幼儿园的发展给予了充分肯定，希望东荟加拿达幼儿园越办越好，为黄埔区民办幼儿园树立典范。CIEO学前事业部总监卢洁贞女士表态：“加拿大国际教育机构一定会将幼儿园办好，办出家长满意、幼儿开心、社会认可、独具特色的幼儿园！”

    经过为期两天的评估，东荟加拿达规范化幼儿园评估工作圆满完成。评估组专家一致认为东荟加拿达幼儿园符合黄埔区规范化幼儿园的标准要求，同意将其呈报黄埔区教育局审批。（完）

Normalization Assessment & Training for Huangpu Standardized Evaluation

On June 15, 2017 the normalization assessment and the training of levels for (standardized) kindergarten for evaluation and operation in Huangpu district was held at the Canadian Kindergarten - East Plaza Garden (CKE-EP).Standardized assessment team leader, Xinyuan He , deputy team leader, Xin Wang, and team members, Xue Ling, Ruixia Dong, Ke Chen, Qiu Wang, Yishan Huang, made onsite assessments. The district education bureau party committee, director of the superintendent, Jake Yao, the director of district people's government education supervisor office, Jie Long, the director of district education evaluation, Yuenong Xiong, district education bureau, the section chief of the center for occupational and adult education section Cui Song attended the training. About 30 groundskeepers from more than 20 kindergartens, including Kowloon central kindergarten, Yilei kindergarten and Xiangxue kindergarten, attended the training session.

The evaluation report had been presided over by the group leader of the assessment group, Xinyuan He, and the director of the company, Qiulian Zhou, made a self-assessment report on "creating a high-quality education environment and building a standardized school brand". After that, the assessment team conducted a trip around the kindergarten, and then talked with staff representatives, community members and parents representatives then checked the files of the kindergarten.

At the end of the self-assessment report, Yuenong Xiong, director of the education evaluation center, presided over the training of levels of  kindergarten for (standardized) evaluation and operation in Huangpu district . Yang Song, the supervisor of the education evaluation center of the district, detailed the process and requirements, and displayed the evaluation data to be used for reference. Xiuyi Wu, CIEO pre-school department supervisor director, introduced the concepts of CIEO and situations of its kindergarten then shared experiences in preparation for evaluation in CKE-EP.

Jake Yao, party committee member and superintendent of supervision pointed out that for this training “the time is short, it’s well-prepared, and had good effects,” hoping to be able to achieve the aims of evaluation for change and improve the attending kindergartens together, which would take time to do a good job for evaluation as required. In the end, more than 30 gardeners visited CKE-EP. Everyone attending said that the activity benefited them a lot.

16 June, the field assessment team’s experts examined students’ morning check and life processes, handed out parent questionnaires, and organized student physical assessments for understanding and comprehensive assessment of the kindergarten.

The group has given full affirmation to the development of CKE-EP, hoping that CKE-EP will continue to be better, to create a model for the private kindergartens in Huangpu district. Ms Jiezhen Lu, pre-school department director in CIEO declared, "CIEO will make its kindergartens be unique and better to meet parents’ requirements, make children happy, and gain social acceptance.”

Two days of assessment in standardized kindergarten evaluation work at CKE-EP were completed successfully. The appraisal group experts agree that CKE-EP meets the requirements for standardized kindergarten in Huangpu district, and agrees to submit findings to the Huangpu district education bureau for examination and approval.
