为深入贯彻教育部《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》与《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的文件精神,培养并打造富有创新精神和教育智慧的幼儿教师队伍,东莞南城加美幼儿园、佛山禅城卡尔加里幼儿园积极响应上级组织号召,认真举行了教师说课比赛。
5月15日,东莞南城加美幼儿园举行了第一届教师说课比赛 。此次说课比赛共有15名教师参加,由园长袁文强及教学主任匡亦婧担任评委。解说及点评要点主要包括课程设计意图、目标定位、活动准备、重点、难点、教法、学法、活动流程、活动延伸等。比赛现场,有着精心准备的老师们充分展现了他们的风采。比赛结束后,袁文强园长对说课老师的表现逐一进行了点评。
5月17日,佛山市禅城区卡尔加里幼儿园也以学科教研组为单位积极开展说课大赛。每一学科推选出一名教师代表,最终秦静、黄葭、朱映红、侯玉丽、莫慧婷等五位教师代表组成“丽日豪庭共同体”进行激烈的角逐。
赛前,每一组组员们相互帮助,选材、评课、小结,无不体现着教师们团结、进取的积极态度。赛上,五位老师各有其说课特点,或是条理清晰,或是简洁精炼,亦或是妙语连珠。说课结束后,教师们相互学习,相互给予了宝贵的建议,受益匪浅。
经过激烈的角逐,黄葭老师的说课比赛,以其灵活的体态语,引人入胜的教学情境,赢得了大家一致认可,获得“丽日豪庭共同体”科学领域一等奖!
CIEO旗下幼儿园的说课比赛活动,为幼儿园的教师搭建了一个互相交流学习与展示自我的平台,有利于提高教研活动的实效、教师备课的质量和课堂教学效率,有利于提升幼儿园教师的教学组织能力、语言表达能力等综合素质,也有利于教师们认识学习教育理论,了解教育活动、方式和效果等诸多因素的内在联系对课堂教学的重要性,这将为CIEO打造特色、专业、一流的教师队伍提供了良好的契机。(完)
Class Competitions
This May, Canadian International Kindergarten - CanAm (CKE-CA) and Canadian Kindergarten - Calgary (CKE-C) held teachers’ speech class competitions in order to develop and create innovative and wise preschool teachers teams, for the further implementation of the “Kindergarten Education Guidelines" and the “3-6 Year Old Children's Learning and Development Guide” provided by the ministry of education.
On May 15, CKE-CA held the first competition. A total of 15 teachers participated with Wenqiang Yuan, the director of the garden, and Yiqian Kuang, the director of teaching, serving as judges.
The main points of commentary include course design intention, target orientation, activity preparation, emphasis, difficulty, teaching method, learning method, activity flow, and activity extension. The well-prepared teachers showed themselves well and at the end Wenqiang Yuan commented on the teachers' performance.
On May 17, CKE-C held their competition. Before the competition members of groups helped make selections, evaluate and summarize which reflected the positive attitude of the teachers - united and enterprising. Each of the five teachers has his or her own characteristics; clear, concise, or witty. After a lecture, the teachers learned from each other and gave valuable advice to each other, which benefited them all.
After fierce competition, Jia Huang, showing flexible body language and absorption of teaching situations, earned consistent recognition and won first prize in science or Liri Haoting Community.
As nursery school under CIEO, we have established a platform for kindergarten teachers to exchange and learn from each other, to improve the efficiency of teaching and research activities, and teaching preparation. It also improved the quality of classroom teaching, and the comprehensive quality including teaching abilities in organization and language expression. Most importantly, it helped teachers realize importance of learning education theory, education activities, methods and the effects of many factors, such as the importance of the inner link of classroom teaching, which are essential to create a first-class team with strong characteristics and professionalism for CIEO.
