佛山市禅城区卡尔加里幼儿园
11月23日，一辆有“特异功能”的车开进了佛山市禅城区卡尔加里幼儿园。这辆车是禅城区的食品流动检测车。带着安全知识宣传目的，车上工作人员为幼儿园的小朋友们上了一堂生动有趣的“食用农产品安全宣传课”。
吃饭前要干什么？
过期的食品能吃吗？
哪些水果不能空腹吃呢？
......
区食药监局工作人员用充满稚趣的语言提问。小朋友们反响热烈，积极回答，大胆参与，使得现场氛围十分活跃。
检测蔬果农药残留演示环节，工作人员首先用搅拌机分别将橙子、青瓜和西红柿三个样品搅烂，倒入有编号的小瓶子，再通过滴管把样品提取液注入检测仪器的试纸上。十几分钟过后，试纸全部显示蓝色，这表明检测产品中的农药残留均在安全范围！
演示结束后，工作人员赠送了我园小朋友食品安全科普手册和小礼品。此外，他们还特意带领小朋友们参观了食品流动检测车，详细讲解了参观车上先进的食品快速检测仪器的相关知识。
食品流动检测车公开抽检日常消费量大的食品，如大米、面粉、食用油、肉类、鱼类等，它已成为了日常生活食品质量保障的“安全阀”。通过此次生活化的食用农产品安全宣传课，孩子们零距离了解了食品的科学检测过程和健康食物的选择方法，懂得了食品安全卫生的重要性，也树牢了食品安全健康意识。
Special Food Safety Class

A car with a special function was driven into Calgary Kindergarten school yard on Nov 23rd, 2017.This is a running car for the food detection of Chan Cheng District
First, the staff had an interesting class with the children, which was about food safety.
What should one do before eating?
Can one eat food past its due date?
What kind of fruits can one not eat on an empty stomach?
The staff from Food and Drug Administration of Chan Cheng District asked questions in a funny voice .The children were all excited to answer and actively participated. In the activity site the atmosphere was active and the response was warm.
In the food detection presentation segment，the staff used the mixer to blend oranges, cucumbers and tomatoes, of which there were three samples, and then poured it into different bottles with labels. Then they took the some liquid from the samples and put a few drops into the detection machine. After ten minutes, all the test papers turned blue, which showed the samples were qualified.
At the end, the children were showed to the car and got closer to the advanced food detection machine, and each kid got a gift, and food safety book from the staff.
Food flow detection vehicle publicly checks the daily consumption of foods, such as rice, flour, cooking oil, meat, fish and so on. It has become the "safety valve" of food quality assurance in daily life. This activity is very close to life，making Children have had a better food safety sense and know the process of food detection,and how to choose the food which is good for ones health.
