Meadow Lark, Chinese Bilingual School, the ratio of Chinese teaching to English is 5 to 5 in this school. Students can not only learn the Chinese compulsory courses but also the Canadian curriculum. It is the same with the educational system in Canadian Language School(CLS) owned by CIEO. It is also a good way to bridge the Chinese-Western culture and help students to be much more qualified to study in elite high schools and universities.

Centre High Campus is best known for its high college-enrollment rate. Winnie thinks one of the important reasons is that students here have high consciousness. Here is a good example: On lunch break, there is no running, chasing, playing or shouting in the hallway and when looking around, you will find the whole school is clean. Winnie concluded that students¡¯ high consciousness is the key to quality education and that is the critical point for CIEO to follow.

Therefore, Seven Habits is the thread weaving through all educational activities which is beneficial for students to meet the social needs. CIEO has the Eight Habits in kindergartens, they are: leadership, cooperation, person of characteristics, love of learning, responsibility, creative thinking, independence and quality producer. There is a lot to learn from Canadian education. CIEO will make the best of both Chinese and Canadian education and offers a platform for the students in China to receive quality education. CIEO is like a fertile land which provides enough nutrients for children to live and grow upward, producing fruit.
